The building is a sage green house (see picture). There is an oval sign out front that reads, Maple Leaf Professional Center.

The entrance is on the right side of the building, facing it from the front.

There is free limited angle parking in front, slightly to the right. There is also free parking on 77th St.

Handicap parking is available in back (accessible via the alley from 77th). there is a ramp to the entrance of the building from this parking lot.

If you are coming from the north:

I-5 South
Take the 80th Ave/85th Ave. Exit (just after Northgate Plaze)
Stay left on 80th
Continue until you cross Lake City Way
Take a right at the next light - 15th Ave
Take a right at the next residental street = 77th
Continue back down towards Lake City Way
Right onto Lake City Way
Parking in angle parking which is immediately after turning right onto Lake City Way.

If you are coming from the south:

I-5 North
/Take the Lake City Way/Bothell exit
Continue under the tunnel/overpass
Maple Leaf Professional Center is on the right shortly after coming out of the tunnel
Angle parking is just to the right, in front of the building.
